This page explains what GTMForge collects through gtmforge.us and what we do with it. GTMForge is run by [NEED: legal entity name and registered address].

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name and company if you give them, your work email, your choices on the form and your note. With it we store your IP address and your browser's user agent, which we use to stop spam and abuse.

If you email us directly, we receive your email and anything in it.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to talk about the work you described. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Form submissions are stored on our own server, in a file only our team can read. We may get a notification in our team's messaging app when a note arrives, so that we can reply sooner.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

[NEED: retention period, for example 24 months after our last conversation unless we start working together.]

Your choices

Write to hello@gtmforge.us to see what we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
