GTMForge

A dedicated GTM engineer, working in your team.

A trained engineer who works full-time on your company, follows your priorities and owns the engineering side of your revenue stack. We employ them and you direct the work.

What your engineer owns.

The work that sits between your tools, your data and your sales team, and usually belongs to nobody.

CRM and data

Data models, field rules, duplicates and merges, and which system is the source of truth for each field.

Integrations

APIs and webhooks between your CRM, enrichment, product data and warehouse, with retries and an audit trail so a failed sync is noticed.

Enrichment and routing

Getting the right account to the right owner quickly, with fallbacks when someone is away or a record is incomplete.

AI workflows

Research and qualification agents with structured outputs, evaluation and a person reviewing before anything is written to the CRM.

Reporting

SQL against your CRM and warehouse, with the right denominators, so the funnel numbers match the records behind them.

Keeping it running

Monitoring, runbooks and documentation in your repositories, so the systems keep working and your team can follow what was built.

How the arrangement works.

Who employs them

We do. Dedicated engineers are on GTMForge's payroll, so you work with one company under one agreement, and we handle their contract and pay in their home country.

Where they are based

Latin America by default, for a working day that overlaps with US time zones. India if you prefer it or are comfortable with the time difference, with the overlap hours agreed before anyone starts.

Who stands behind them

An architect guides the design of what they build, and data and AI specialists step in when a problem needs deeper expertise.

Who owns the work

You do. Everything is built in your accounts and documented in your repositories.

If it is not working

Tell us early. We will talk it through with you and, if it still is not working, propose another engineer who has come through the same programme.

What it costs

It depends on the role, the location and the scope. We share pricing on a call once we understand what you need.

How it starts.

  1. Map the opportunity

We look at your tools, data and backlog together and agree where engineering will help most.

  2. Meet your engineer

Review their programme work, then interview them. You approve the person before they start.

  3. Get into the system

The engineer maps your stack, documents the priorities and begins the first improvements.

  4. Keep shipping

Weekly updates and a shared backlog, with your team setting the priorities.
